Take a Power Nap

If you’re lucky enough to work from home, you can actually lie down in your own bed. If you have to catch a quick snooze at the office, bring a pillow and snatch a nap on your break, making sure to set an alarm so that you wake up when you need to. Chocolate releases endorphins, which produce a feeling of happiness. Always try to keep a little stash of chocolate handy, whether it’s chocolate fudge or chocolate cookies.
